Geranium & Lavender oils have a comforting and healing effect. The fresh, sweet aroma from Rosemary energizes and stimulates the mind while feeling relaxed at the same time. It also has balancing, soothing and rejuvenating properties.
Vaporization: In approximately 20ml of water, dilute 3-5 drops of essential oil into an oil burner. Light candle under the burner and let the aroma diffuse around the room. Keep away from direct sunlight and heat.
Inhalation: Add 2-3 drops of oil to a handkerchief or tissue. Hold near the nose for a few moments and inhale the vapors.
